COVID 19 Policy
New for 2022--Covid 19 Vaccinations are required for all attendees. If you are unable to receive the vaccination for medical reasons, please reach out to discuss options.
As restrictions and guidelines change around the situation with COVID 19, PeaceTree Fiber Adventures will continue to operate and follow the advice of the CDC and federal and state governments.
In the event of a postponement due to COVID, registrations can be moved to any retreat in the future at any time as long as there is space available. We will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone.
Please cancel if you are sick, even if it's short notice. Mask wearing rules will follow that of the venue at the time of the retreat.
Registration is online. Please complete Registration Form, Class Choices (if applicable) and pay deposit.
Deposit will be charged at time of registration via the PayPal payment button provided on the Registration page. Deposits are non-refundable. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance approximately 6 weeks prior to your retreat. Final payment may be made by check, credit card or through PayPal. If payment is not received by the due date your place will be offered to the waiting list.
Rooms are booked directly by attendees with the chosen Retreat hotel (except for Knit Maine). The policies of the Retreat hotels apply to room reservations.
Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. If the retreat is full your name will be placed on a waiting list. No deposit will be required until space becomes available.
If you must cancel, your deposit will not be returned. If full balance has been paid and cancellation occurs more than 30 days from the event, a refund will be issued minus the deposit and fees associated with PayPal and processing fees. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the retreat, unless that spot can be filled. Every effort will be made to fill the spot. If the spot is filled, you may receive a refund of your payment minus the deposit and processing fees. If payment for the balance due is not received by the due date, your registration will be considered cancelled unless arrangements have been made in advance and approved by PeaceTree Fiber Adventures, Inc.
Because all deposits and payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Purchasing coverage is encouraged in the case of cancellations due to weather, illness, cancellation of trip, or any unforeseen circumstances. Special food requirements can almost always be accommodated with advance notice. Please indicate on the registration in the space provided any special food needs such as food allergies or requirements.
